About 2 years ago I bought a pair of your Silhouette eyeglass frames and they are by far the best pair of glasses I have ever had. Unfortunately, about a week ago while i was cleaning them, the right ear piece snapped off. I was under the impression that these frames were extremely sturdy and was shocked when it happened. I went back to the store where I bought them, after they guaranteed they were indestructible, but they were not willing to help. They said that they only offer a 1 year warranty and were just trying to get me to buy another pair through them. I really love these glasses, and would like to get another pair, but I also want to make sure that they are durable and that this situation is not going to occur again. Is there any chance that you will be able to replace these frames for me, or possibly give me a discount on another pair. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Your Loyal Customer, Adam

Are you still selling the ultra-thin Zeiss glass. The FDA in the States has banned it, although you can still get Zeiss plastic. I already have a frame and was wondering if you can put Zeiss glass in them for me.
