Follow this 3 easy step process to get you started on your way to clearer vision
through thinner eyeglass lenses.

Fill out the client preparation form and email the form to us 15 minutes before calling.

Take photos of yourself. One front view and one side view.

Give us a call on our toll free line. We will complete the ordering process with you.

We prepare a client tray which is used throughout the ordering process.

In order to get 15 minutes of attention from Paul Boyko Jr., the company
President and licensed optician with the experience and knowledge to help you,
you will first need to submit a client preparation form.

We want to help as many people possible achieve their goals in clear vision and thin lenses,
