If you purchased your frame from a store or on-line vendor, you must send
your frames to Visions of Canada so we can mount your eyeglass lenses in them.
While Visions of Canada manufactures most of the lenses it dispenses,
in some cases, we have the lens supplier cut and shape the lenses. |
In those situations, they usually want the frame sent to them.
Consequently, the frames you send to us may take an additional
journey before they are returned to you. |

HOW TO MAIL YOUR FRAME |

1. |
Carefully wrap your frame and place it in a hard eyeglasses case.
Fill the spaces inside the eyeglasses case with material so it does
not bounce around. Tissue paper will do. |

2. |
Include our mailing address in the shipping box, just incase the package
is lost or damaged in shipment and the postal services needs to open it. |

3. |
Put the eyeglasses case in a shipping box and securely tape all edges. |
|
4. |
Print clearly on the mailing label our mailing address
and attach the label to the package securely. |

5. |
Make sure you purchase sufficient postage. |
|

SENDING YOUR FRAME FROM OUTSIDE OF CANADA.
Instructions for United States
and other countries. |

We recommend that our USA clients use the
US Postal Service Global Priority service to send their frames.
For those in other countries, use a reputable courier. |
All frames shipped to the Visions of Canada store in Canada
must be clearly marked with the following information.
Write on the custom form the following:
Content: Eyeglass Frame. No commercial value.
Will be returned to USA with prescription eyeglass lenses.
Make sure that you use your personal/home return address,
and not a business address. |
