GET AN EYE EXAM
Make sure that you have a recent
eye examination from a
professional.
Without a recent eye examination
we cannot guarantee your new
eyeglasses will perform properly. |

SEND US YOUR PRESCRIPTION
Call in, e-mail, or fax a copy
of your prescription to us. |

CREATING YOUR PATIENT HISTORY
If you are a first time client, be prepared
to spend time on the phone with us,
so we can develop a patient history.

TAKE PHOTOS OF YOURSELF
Take two pictures of yourself wearing
your current eyeglasses and send it
to us by postal mail or email. |

PURCHASING YOUR FRAME
Once we have this information, call us
again to learn about the quality and size
of frame you need for your new lenses.
We will guide you to make your
frame purchase locally. |

MAILING YOUR FRAME TO US
