Visions of Canada Product Warranty
Visions of Canada honors all manfacturer warranties.
There will be no charge or co-pay's to fill these warranties.
Eyeglass Frames
Most frames come with a two year guarantee against defects.
Paint peeling and accidental breakage. (The Manufacturer
has the final say in these cases.)
Eyeglass Lenses
Essilor, Zeiss, Rodenstock, and Centennial Optical all carry a
two year warranty on their lenses. This guarantee is against
coatings peeling off or manufacturer defects. They also
carry a two year warranty on scratches. (Not abusive.)
Progressive Lenses
All of our lenses come with a 90 day fitting warranty and
a 90 day Doctor's change in prescription. In the event that
a client cannot wear progressive lenses, a refund will be
granted for the difference between the two pairs of lenses.
Contact Lenses
All defective disposable contact lenses will be replaced
with trial contact lenses at no charge. Conventional lenses
have a 30 day warranty from date of purchase.
Visions of Canada Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed on products that fail to perform to
Visions of Canada standards. Products must be returned in
original order and packaging within a 90 day period
from the date of purchase. |
