At Visions of Canada we never want to rush things if that means that errors
can be made. All of our eyeglasses have a destination: YOU the client that demands the best vision possible.
Visions of Canada will not cut corners to get you less than a perfect product. |
Of course, we will not in any way intentionally delay getting you your order.
We just want you to know that in certain cases, the wait may seem to
be a bit longer than what you would expect. Why does this happen? |

Some of the lenses we use are only available from Germany, and their shipment takes time.
In other cases, we must send your frames to the lens supplier so they can cut the eyeglasses to order.
Then, there is the shipping time. We use the fastest shipping services to get you the finished product,
but from time to time, there are delays. |

Fortunately, MOST OF THE TIME, we can get you your long awaited finished eyeglasses, set in your chosen frame, and guarantee to meet your
expectations in about ONE WEEK from when we place the order. The wait is well worth it! You will not be disappointed.
We will keep in constant contact with you as you wait for your eyeglasses and keep you up to date as your eyeglasses are made for you. |
For our customers who live in the USA,
we cross the border into Michigan at least once
a week with all the customs paperwork
already done for you, and mail them out.
This saves on average about two weeks
of waiting time off international postal
