us your prescription, talking with us on the phone, and then coming in for your fitting.
The point is, while we prefer working with you to face to face, we can now
get you the world’s thinnest eyeglasses from any distance. |
Many Visions of Canada clients travel long distances to get their eyeglasses
in Windsor, Ontario. Sometimes it's just not possible to make the trip. |
In order to accommodate all of our clients, we have developed these procedures
to get you the same quality products and service via
the Visions of Canada site. |
The following procedures will guarantee our on-line clients the same high
quality product and service that our walk-in clients have learned to expect. |

GET AN EYE EXAM
Make sure that you have a recent
eye examination from a
professional.
Without a recent eye examination
we cannot guarantee your new
eyeglasses will perform properly. |

SEND US YOUR PRESCRIPTION
Call in, e-mail, or fax a copy
of your prescription to us. |

CREATING YOUR PATIENT HISTORY
If you are a first time client, be prepared
to spend time on the phone with us,
so we can develop a patient history.

TAKE PHOTOS OF YOURSELF
Take two pictures of yourself wearing
your current eyeglasses and send it
to us by postal mail or email. |

PURCHASING YOUR FRAME
Once we have this information, call us
again to learn about the quality and size
of frame you need for your new lenses.
We will guide you to make your
frame purchase locally. |

MAILING YOUR FRAME TO US
Learn how to send your frame
safely to the Visions of Canada
dispensary. |

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We will explain to you the whole process,
